Animal Parade Support
Animal Parade is a calm sensory music and movement app for children to use with a caregiver.
Quick help
I cannot hear music
- Make sure Visual Only is off in the caregiver zone.
- Check the iPhone or iPad media volume and any connected headphones or speakers.
- If another audio app was playing, return to Animal Parade and resume the parade.
- If a track cannot load, Animal Parade keeps the visual stage available rather than playing unsafe or unexpected audio.
Restore an earlier purchase
- Open the Grown-ups button.
- Complete the Parent Check.
- Open Caregiver Zone.
- Tap Restore purchases under Unlock Everything.
The purchase uses the Apple ID that originally bought the unlock. Animal Parade does not offer subscriptions.
Reduce motion or use high contrast
Open the Caregiver Zone to enable Reduce motion, choose a lower visual intensity, or select Newborn High Contrast. High Contrast is an optional black, white, and red visual style; it is not a medical or clinical mode.
Keep a child in the app
Apple Guided Access can temporarily limit the device to one app. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access and follow Apple’s setup instructions.
