Animal Parade Terms of Use

These terms apply to Animal Parade. By using the app, the adult caregiver responsible for the device agrees to these terms.
Caregiver supervision
Animal Parade is intended for children to enjoy with appropriate caregiver supervision. The caregiver is responsible for choosing suitable session length, volume, visual intensity, device placement, and accessibility settings.
Not medical advice
Animal Parade is a recreational sensory music and movement experience. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment, therapy, or substitute for professional medical advice. The optional Newborn High Contrast style is a non-clinical visual preference.
Stop using the app if the child appears uncomfortable. Follow applicable professional guidance for children with known sensory, hearing, visual, neurological, or other health considerations.
Purchase
Unlock Everything is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple. It is not a subscription. Purchase, refund, family sharing, and payment processing are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and App Store policies. The app provides a Restore Purchases action for previously acquired access.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or use the app or its assets in violation of applicable law or Apple’s license terms.
Availability
The app is provided as available. Device configuration, operating-system changes, audio routes, and App Store services can affect operation. We may update the app to improve safety, compatibility, accessibility, or content.
Apple license terms
Where applicable, use is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
