Anchor Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Anchor, the iPhone routine and focus companion published by Greyscale Holding LLC.

Using Anchor

You may use Anchor for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple's applicable App Store rules. You are responsible for your device, your Apple Account, and the information you enter into the app.

Not medical advice

Anchor is a productivity and wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions and trial

Anchor Pro is offered through auto-renewable weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 2-week introductory free trial when that offer is displayed by Apple. The selected paid plan begins when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple manages billing, cancellations, refunds, renewal, and storefront pricing. You can manage your plan in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Availability

We work to keep Anchor reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Notifications, alarms, Live Activities, and background behavior depend on iOS, device state, permissions, Focus settings, power state, and other conditions outside our control. Do not rely on Anchor for emergencies or safety-critical reminders.

Your content

You retain ownership of the routines and other information you create. Anchor stores that content locally to operate the app. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you need.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer Anchor except where applicable law permits it, interfere with the app's operation, misuse Apple purchase systems, or use Anchor unlawfully.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Greyscale Holding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update Anchor or these terms as the product changes. You may stop using Anchor at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for Anchor's maintenance or support. These terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies.
