Diminished Value Claim Builder Privacy Policy

Diminished Value Claim Builder is built so that we cannot access your data, because it never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Everything you enter — vehicle details, accident details, photos, notes, and the claim packet you build — is stored only in the app's local database on your device.

Camera, photos & location

• Camera & Photos: used only so you can add pictures of your vehicle, damage, documents, and the scene to your own accident file. Those images stay on your device.
• Location: optional — if you allow it, the app can record where the accident happened so your file includes the location. It is never transmitted anywhere.

What leaves your device

• Nothing automatically. The app makes no network requests of its own.
• Exports you initiate: when you export your claim packet PDF, it goes wherever you send it (Files, AirDrop, email, your insurer, attorney, appraiser, or dealer). That is entirely under your control.

Data retention & deletion

Your data lives in the app. Deleting a claim deletes its contents. Deleting the app deletes everything.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this URL and noted in the app's release notes.
