QuoteSnap Privacy Policy

QuoteSnap is built so that we cannot access your data, because it never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. QuoteSnap has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Your clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, line items, job photos, and business profile are stored only in the app's local database on your device.

Camera and photos

The camera is used solely to attach jobsite photos to your estimates and invoices. Photos you take or import are stored inside the app on your device. They are never uploaded, analyzed remotely, or shared with anyone — including us.

What leaves your device

• Nothing automatically. The app makes no network requests of its own.
• Purchases: the optional Pro subscription, lifetime unlock, and export packs are processed entirely by Apple. We never see payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
• Estimates & invoices you send: PDF documents you generate and share go wherever you send them. That's under your control.

Data retention & deletion

Your data lives in the app. Deleting a client, job, or document deletes its records and photos. Deleting the app deletes everything — export or share your PDFs first if you want to keep them.

Children

QuoteSnap does not collect data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads.

Changes

Any future changes will be posted at this URL and noted in release notes.
